2. Data we collect
We collect data necessary for service delivery: identification data (name, email, phone), organization data, academic data, and placement records. For minors, we collect data with verified parental consent.
In the MiFCT context, processed data includes information about coordinators, company tutors, school tutors, and students in placements (FCT, FFE, Dual VET, Erasmus+).
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for: service delivery, service-related communications, legal compliance, and platform improvement. We do not use data for third-party advertising.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: service contract execution, user consent, legitimate interest for service improvement, and legal compliance (LOMLOE, regional FCT regulations).
5. Minor protection
MiFCT implements enhanced measures for minor data protection under LOPDGDD: verified parental consent for minors under 14, role-restricted access, additional encryption, and specific retention policies.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection by emailing hello@mifct.com. We will respond within 30 days.
MiFCT allows data export in standard formats (CSV, PDF) directly from the platform.
7. Security and auditing
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: advanced authentication, access control with 25 roles and module-specific permissions, complete action logs (activity history), encryption in transit and at rest.
8. International transfers
Data is hosted on servers within the European Union. We do not perform international data transfers outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.
